① Check whether the connections are firmly and reliably connected, whether the sliding device is greasing, whether the electrical power line is safe and reliable, and whether the instruments and meters are working normally (especially whether the cylinder air pressure reaches 0.4-0.6Mpa).

② First use the point method to debug the left and right half hoods, that is, open and close the left half hoods respectively, and then open and close the right half hoods respectively, that is, debug the half hoods respectively.

③ Check whether the apricot gas pipe is connected correctly to prevent the gas pipe of the left and right half cover from cross-connecting wrong.

④ The point method opens (closes) the left half hood and the right half hood again.

⑤ Open the left and right air hood successively, and then close the left and right half air hood successively.

⑥ At the same time, all open the left and right half air hood.

2.Fan commissioning steps:

① Close the inlet air regulating door and open the outlet air regulating door slightly.

② Check the clearance size of each part of the fan unit, the rotating part is not allowed to collide, and all fixing bolts should be tightened.

③ Check whether the bearing oil is sufficient and intact.

④For the coupling or the fan with transmission, it is necessary to check whether the coupling or pulley and belt are installed reliably, and whether the coaxial degree of the fan shaft and the motor meet the technical regulations.

⑤For fans with water cooling bearings, check whether the water supply of the cooling water pipe is good.

⑥Check whether the electrical wiring and instrument installation is correct.

⑦In the motor starting process, should strictly check the operation of the unit, found that there is a strong noise or violent vibration, should immediately shut down, check the cause, and then eliminate.

⑧When the fan characteristics reach the normal state, gradually open the inlet regulating door until the specified load is met.

① The surface of the equipment should be kept clean to ensure a good heat exchange effect: after a period of use, dust and dirt on the fin can be washed with water, generally a thorough cleaning once a year; As far as possible, the fresh air inlet is provided with a filter to ensure the cleanliness of the fresh air through the heater surface and reduce the disassembly and cleaning work of the heater.

② After the heater is used for 2 to 3 years, chemical cleaning agents should be used to remove the scale in the inner cavity.

③ When used for a long time, such as leakage at the welding of the steam nozzle and the heat exchanger shell, the E4303 electrode can be welded, and the welder who holds the welding qualification of the pressure vessel can weld the leak, and then the hydraulic test (the test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure).

④ When leakage occurs at the connection between the finned tube and the tube plate, the heater needs to be replaced.
