Hot air drying box is the key equipment in papermaking process. It is mainly used for paper drying. When working, hot air enters the drying box through a special channel and circulates in the box, so that the moisture in the paper can evaporate quickly. Generally, the hot air temperature inside it can be accurately controlled, because different papers have different requirements for drying temperature, such as the drying temperature of household paper and industrial packaging paper. Moreover, the wind speed of its hot air can also be adjusted, and the proper wind speed can ensure that the paper is evenly heated and dried, and avoid the situation of local over-drying or over-wetting. 

Structurally, the hot air drying box of paper machine usually has an air inlet for inputting hot air and an air outlet for exhausting humid air. There are conveyor belts and other parts inside. The paper moves slowly on the conveyor belt and passes through the drying box to complete the drying process. The speed of the conveyor belt will also be adjusted according to the characteristics and drying requirements of the paper.

The temperature control system of this machine adopts microcomputer single chip microcomputer technology, which can control temperature, time and alarm over temperature.
